• What’s allergens should I be aware of?

All products contain almonds, dairy - butter & cream. Cakes and donuts contains eggs.

• What sweeteners do you use?

The main sweetener is allulose, I also use erythritol in bases. Excessive amounts of artificial sweeteners can have a laxative effect

• Is anything gluten free?

All products are made from gluten free ingredients. They are however, made in a registered home kitchen and although every care is taken, they could contain traces of gluten.

• How long will my slices keep for?

Once you receive your order they will last for 5 days in the fridge, you can also freeze them in an airtight container for upto 3 months

• When will I receive my order?

Slices are made to order, please allow a minimum of 5 days once order placed

Orders placed by Friday each week, will be available for collection the following week

Local pick up - an email notification will be sent once your order is ready to be collected

Courier- orders received by Friday, will be available to courier Tues/Weds the following week. These should be overnight, allow extra for rural.

• How do I select Rolleston collection?

There is a $5 Rolleston collection fee, select local delivery at checkout. If local delivery is not available in local pickup (address dependent), select shipping and then select Rolleston.

Rolleston pick ups are on Thursdays 5:30-6pm, Countdown carpark

• Which products can be posted?

All slices and chocolate coated donuts are available to be posted. Cheesecakes and fresh cream items are local collection only (Rolleston/Southbridge)
